Gentle Movement, Balance, Stretching & Strengthening
Gentle Body Power Fitness Classes are taught by Heidi Jo Sovacool, OTR, Silver & Gold Certified WholyFit Instructor. The class is intended for women, teens through adults, and it varies between 50-60 minutes in length. The classes may be offered multiple days a week. Attend two classes for free. Each class thereafter is $8. Pay as you go. Come when you are able.
The movement is gentle. Comfortable, modest cllothing is recommended. Required equipment: please bring an exercise mat. The exercises will be done with bare feet on the exercise mat.
Class size is limited. Participants must pre-register to ensure space is available.
