The owner, Heidi Jo Sovacool, is an occupational therapist, and opened Offering Hope Therapies, Inc. in 2016. Her quest is to help those in need by providing care, treatment, education, home programs, adaptations, and resources to the client/caregiver to enable the clients to have improved function across all areas of their lives. Working alongside her is Heather VanDoorn, certified occupational therapist assistant. Heather knows how important it is to get back to one’s fullest potential-especially for outdoor enthusiasts and hunters. We are blessed to have someone with her skills working with us.

The business expanded to include physical therapy in 2025 with Julie Kammerud joining the team. Julie brings her expertise in dry needling and addressing back, neck, hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder issues. She has a special interest in treating balance deficits. Julie has a sincere desire to help her clients achieve their goals, and we’re so glad she’s part of our team!
